At Velqorr, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We are committed to maintaining quality and providing a smooth customer experience.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for products once delivered.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will review the concern and provide an exchange option for the eligible product.

Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear images/videos of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Our team will verify the concern and guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Process

Approved damaged product claims will be eligible for an exchange. The replacement product will be provided based on product availability.

Refund & Store Wallet Policy

Velqorr does not provide cash refunds.

In cases where an exchange is not possible due to product unavailability, the eligible amount will be credited to your Velqorr Wallet, which can be used towards your next purchase.

Important Note

Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, usage, or storage will not be eligible for exchange or wallet credit.
