Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

Yes. VELQORR accepts eligible returns/exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging every order before dispatch.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within the specified return window with the required photographs/videos so that we can review the issue and assist you.

Please note: Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or use is not eligible for exchange or return.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
