48-Hour Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return window from the time your order is delivered.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@velqorr.com with:

• Your Order Number
• Reason for the return
• Clear images of the product
• An unboxing video (recommended for damaged or incorrect items)

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.
• Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
• Reach us in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Velqorr reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized jewellery.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless received damaged or incorrect).
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@velqorr.com with supporting photographs and an unboxing video.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Velqorr, we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer, depending on the reason for the return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may still be returned within our 48-hour return window in accordance with this policy.

Important Note

Products that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling, accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store wallet credit.
