Velqorr is an online jewellery brand offering thoughtfully selected and designed jewellery, including Polki and other fashion jewellery collections.
We aim to provide accurate product information, images, pricing, availability, and a smooth shopping experience. However, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted or detailed nature of certain products.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Velqorr will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product.

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Velqorr reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotional terms at any time.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
An order will be processed based on the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to applicable circumstances such as pricing or technical errors.
6. Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
Velqorr will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
7. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation indicates that your order request has been received. Orders remain subject to product availability and successful payment verification, where applicable.
Velqorr reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing due to a technical error, or other circumstances affecting the legitimate fulfilment of the order.
Where payment has already been received for an order that Velqorr is unable to fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer through the appropriate payment method.
8. Payment
Velqorr may offer payment methods including:
- UPI
- Credit and debit cards
- Net banking
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
Payments made online are processed through the applicable payment service provider.
Velqorr does not intentionally store complete card or other sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where Cash on Delivery is available, the COD option will be displayed during checkout.
COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, product, courier service, or other operational conditions.
Customers placing COD orders are expected to provide a valid contact number and accurate delivery information and to be available to receive the order.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for the customer.
Velqorr reserves the right to contact a customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days from order confirmation, subject to location, courier availability, operational conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the customer through the registered contact details.

11. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has entered the dispatch process.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already been dispatched, the customer should refer to the applicable Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
12. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products
Velqorr currently provides a 48-hour return/exchange window, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact Velqorr within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
Eligibility for a return or exchange will be determined after review and verification by Velqorr.

Important Note
Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, usage, alteration, or storage will not be eligible for exchange or wallet credit.
13. Refunds & Velqorr Wallet
Where a refund or wallet credit is applicable under the Return & Refund Policy, the applicable amount and method will be determined according to that policy.
Velqorr does not guarantee cash refunds in circumstances where the applicable policy provides for another permitted resolution, subject to applicable law.
Where a replacement or exchange is approved but the replacement product is unavailable, Velqorr may provide the applicable resolution described in the Return & Refund Policy.
14. Jewellery Care
Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions provided with their jewellery.
Jewellery should be protected from exposure to substances or conditions that may affect its finish, appearance, or longevity, including moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, and improper storage.
Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, scratches, discolouration resulting from improper care, or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for a return or exchange where such circumstances are outside the applicable policy.

All content available on the Velqorr website, including but not limited to:

- Product photographs
- Product descriptions
- Graphics
- Website design
- Text
- Videos
- Brand materials
is owned by or licensed to Velqorr and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
